        • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are not made on time.

      Client Responsibilities

         

          • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your Airbnb listing and business.

          • You are responsible for ensuring that your Airbnb listing complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

          • You agree to cooperate with us and provide any necessary access or information to facilitate the provision of our services.

        Intellectual Property

           

            • All content and materials created by Ludiexpert in connection with our services, including but not limited to text, images, and designs, remain our intellectual property.

            • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials for the sole purpose of promoting your Airbnb listing.

          Confidentiality

             

              • We will treat any confidential information you provide to us with the utmost care and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

            Limitation of Liability

               

                • We will use reasonable efforts to provide high-quality services, but we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

                • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

              Termination

                 

                  • Either party may terminate the agreement for any reason with written notice.

                  • Upon termination, you will remain responsible for any outstanding fees.
